Return & Refund Policy

At Falit.................., we value your trust and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We maintain transparency and fairness in our return and refund processes.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the certificate, invoice, and packaging intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the gemstone has been customized (e.g., set in a ring).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gemstones that are custom-ordered, resized, engraved, or altered in any form

Items purchased during sale/discount periods

Products returned without proper documentation (invoice, certificate, etc.)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.

In case of COD orders, refund will be made via NEFT/IMPS to the buyer’s bank account.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Product name

Reason for return

Clear photos or video (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the return process.
